Direct sale of tickets according to customer need. Handling ticket conditions (fare basis), tariff calculations, upgrades, upsells and providing services in the area of Lufthansa´s frequent flyer programmes. Travel agency support, LH.com online support. Taking overflow calls from Polish market.
