Responsible for the development and implementation of the Trust Enterprise Data Warehousing Strategy. Continued hands-on involvement in support of legacy Oracle and current SQLServer databases and systems.

Responsible for the analysis and design of clinical and non-clinical systems, for leading project teams and project management. Continued involvement in hands-on software design and development. Operational management of the Development Team, including recruitment, staff appraisal, planning of training, management of training budget. Continued involvement in analysis, design, and writing of new systems, supporting existing systems, and leading project teams. Responsible for achieving TickIT (ISO 9001) accreditation.
