• Provide transformational advice and transactional support on change management initiatives, organisational development & design, in order to improve cost and efficiency and clarify accountabilities • Design & implement projects in: staffing, training, employee/labor relations, communication, compensation management, coaching and talent management • Partner with business leaders and line managers in support of country and business objectives – involved in annual forecasting
