Ich arbeitet in Wartungsabteilung und Neubauprojekt .Meine Hauptaufgaben in diesen Position beinhalten Durchführung von Reparaturmaßnahmen und Rohrleitungssystemen, Installation von Maschinen und Equipment, Führen Verbesserungprojekte, planen und koordinieren Projektmaßnahme usw.

This is a new Ceramic Production Line near Esfahan province and I am Project Engineer. My main duty is civil work, foundation, Installation and commissioning the equipment.

My responsibilities include leading mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance departments, managing and coordinating activities of the maintenance departments. In addition, planning and carrying out annual maintenance budget, execute and improve the plants maintenance system , establishment of critical spare parts and quantities, planning optimization projects to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Play an active role in development project in SCIC as technical project manager.

As a Head Of Mechanical Maintenance Department my responsibility was maintenance of all 6 plants and utilities which located on the SCIC. Our goal was to have no stop in production and there are many task to be done during operation of all wide range of supportive equipment.

As Senior Mechanical Engineer in KALUP my duties divided in two part first part included; design new tools for steel pipe production line for factory in SAVEH, the second part, preparing maintenance instruction and carrying out this for equipment and machines of a stock steel pipe production line in ISFAHAN.
