I am a UX Researcher and Designer with a background in Human-Technology Interaction, I serve as an intermediate between technology and people. I work on improving people's interactions with technology and products using User Research and Strategic Design principles. I focus on enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of technology and products people use every day. I am also keen to look into the conceptual, and perceptual models of users and change the technology to suit user behavior.
