• Supporting customers and administering account set up and maintenance, supporting internal Sales and Account Management Team with customer requests related to products • Administering the ticketing system, responding in a timely manner to customers inquiries and internal correspondence, also interacting with the Routing Team to escalate customer issues associated to service delivery • Discovering opportunities to strengthen customer relationship by analyzing service profile and customer requests

• Ensuring department specific policies are followed, managing the demand and request process in our ERP system in line with the Global Indirect Procurement Processes which includes Purchase Order placement, supplier payment and documentation • Managing and resolving administrative issues related to Purchase Orders • Creating monthly reports and monitoring supplier performance • Conducting Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal and Requests for Quotation in our Procurement system tool

• Coordination of material supply • Tracking the timeliness of deliveries • Adjust the level and timing of deliveries to the needs of the production • Monitoring of raw materials, management of shortages in materials • Analysis and optimization of inventory levels • Organization of transportation • Identification of risk for future deliveries

• Transfer of accounting activities from Poland to Romania • Assistance in the implementation of Polish accounting in Romania • Training for employees in the field of Account Payable and Travel Expenses • Workflow management • Booking Invoices • Cooperation with local offices • Front Office • Supporting AP: Poland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland
