With 19 years of retail experience leading large sales teams delivering sales budgets of over 40 million euros a year, i have managed fast paced,hight turnover stores. Some example of my key achievements. The only German based retail leader to be awarded "best of the best" on two occasions for visual merchandising and store standards in 2017 and 2018 Played a key role in the establishment of new stores in new markets, including the UK, Austria, and Germany. Improved store layouts in 2021, resulting in additional sales of 800k euros.
