I maintained backend systems using Java in Spring Boot via IntelliJ IDEA, ensuring efficient data processing and seamless application functionality. I collaborated with a cross-functional team to design and implement RESTful APIs, improving the scalability of web applications.

I analyzed the data, found missing values, excluded outliers from the data, and identified patterns in large datasets using data analysis tools such as data visualization, statistical analysis, and ML algorithms. I developed a voice emotion detection model, utilizing data that needed to be cleaned into 5 categories from Unibank's call center.

I shadowed senior IT staff to understand the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, and software. I provided technical assistance to end-users, including resetting passwords, troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues. I performed routine maintenance tasks on IT systems, such as installing updates and patches.

I Monitored web applications for security incidents, such as unauthorized access attempts, malware infections, and data breaches, and experiencing OWASP TOP 10, especially SQL Injection, and OSI Model. I Used RedTiger’s Hackit to check and identify vulnerabilities, and to test web-hacking skills with the help of a job supervisor
