Involved in satellite communications projects that include: - Synchronization in time and phase of distributed gateways in MIMO feeder links separated by tens of kilometers. This work involves theoretical analysis and experimental work. - Complexity and power requirement reduction in regenerative payloads by introducing new waveforms. - Intensively studying the behavior of phase noise, especially for satellite communication.

Master thesis work: Bias Point Stabilization of an Optical Ring Resonator. Master thesis work on stabilizing the operation of a Ring Resonator modulator. Controlling the operating point movement due to temperature variation and noise interference. Designing the feedback system necessary for such control operation. Comparing different approaches on the subject. Introducing dithering as an efficient way of achieving better results.

Research internship: Automation of a measuring station of optical transmission systems Accessing the information of an Optical Transmitting link. Using Matlab to take out information from the link, control parameters and saving results on the performance of the transmission. Using Matlab to control Optical Signal Analyzers (OSA) and Variable Optical Attenuators (VOA).

Tutoring first year students of my Master degree in the subject of Digital Signal Processing Laboratory. Implementing DSP exercises in Matlab such as: FIR/IIR filtering, Upsampling and Downsampling, Correlation etc. Helping the new students with general knowledge regarding DSP and Matlab.

Repair of medical equipment Operating with circuits of medical equipment. Locating and fixing points of failures in electronic circuits.
