Erina Daberdini

I am a student assistant currently working at the Software Systems Institute at the TUHH. I am involved in a project regarding verification of ROS code for a medical appliance.

I was the assistant of a PhD student. I remastered the images that would be included in his thesis.

I worked as a shop assistant at a clothing store, where my duties were to keep the customers satisfied, answer any questions they may have had, restock shelves when needed and keep the store tidy.

I was part of the level 1 group of customer support. My duties included assisting clients with any information they needed, take their problems and assist them as best I could, solve their problems after testing and observing the situation.

I worked as a phone sales representative for Vodafone Italia. My duties included convincing people to buy or switch to the services offered by this company. This was a summer job before I started the second year of Bachelor studies.
