I've been at the heart of ‘realising people potential’ in organisations since 1990, coaching at a strategic level for the business and individual level with its high-performing executives. I am a resource strategist and pragmatic leader, a natural collaborator who excels at change management, organisation design and development, leadership and talent management and diversity strategy. I have worked internationally, operating across different cultures with experience spanning a broad range of business sectors including digital, data, marketing and advertising, technology, media, FMCG and retail. Previously, I was the Chief People Officer (CHRO) to WPP’s GroupM Europe, Middle East and Africa for 10 years and am a qualified Executive Coach, Chartered MCIPD practitioner, accredited mediator and hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
