Below are the details of main areas of BIW Welding Fixture Domain experience 1)Responsible for Kickoff meeting with Customer and with internal Team. 2)Responsible for Project Input data Study. 3)Responsible for to estimate the hours required for equipment design and plan accordingly the delivery schedule. 4)Responsible for work allocation within Team and on Time Delivery. 5)Responsible for 3D concepts and final design quality check. 6)Responsible for Simultaneous Engineering Study like Car panel loading sequence, weld spot distribution, Gun selection, Clamp Plan, Cycle time. 7)Experience in designing of GEO Welding Fixture, Respot Welding Fixture, GEO Gripper, Handling Gripper, Process Gripper, Buffer Stand, Loading Stand, Stationary Welding stand, MIG welding Fixture, Conveyor Tooling.
