Capture load board and probe card design requirement and work with board design team to develop the probe card and load board. Develop ATE ( Advantest 93K) test program both of wafer level and package level. Interact with multiple foundries and SAT houses and ensure smooth execution of the project. Drive yield improvement and test time reduction activities. Work on root causing RMA.

As product engineer at Wipro technologies was involved working with Texas Instruments Automotive team the responsibilities carried out where - Test program development and automation using Perl - PLL characterization - NVM testing - Bench validation - Test program offload to production - Wafer testing - Yield improvement and test time reduction - GRR.
