My responsibilities include writing estimates for current jobs, scheduling and overseeing the jobs, maintaining quality control, working with insurance companies to receive payment, taking after hours calls, and overseeing employees training and work progress. Customer service is also a large part of this position to be sure customers are satisfied with the work performed for them.
