Overseeing fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach investors, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentation.

As a Social Media Customer Relationship Manager at Interglobe Technologies I was responsible for the German Social Media Customer Care of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. On day-to-day basis I was communicating directly with our customers via Facebook and Twitter. Instant problem solving / management and to empathize with customers was the core of my job. I learned a lot about the Aviation Industry and the pros and cons about handling CRM via Social Media.

I was responsible for planning, creating and managing the way the organization utilizes computers for business and communication activities in the Quality Management Department. I was responsible for conceptualizing and implementing an atomized database process to make the Quality Management more efficient and measurable. Coordinating the communications between workers, engineers, quality managers and the IT was one of my biggest challenges but I managed it and had a great time doing that.
