- Oversee all financial and accounting operations, such as AP/AR, invoicing etc. - Lead month-end statutory local and IFRS closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast. - Submitting monthly, quarterly and yearly tax declarations and e-ledger. - Performing variance analysis by comparing actual results vs. business plan. - Analyze and interpret financial information on expenses. - Manage the cash flow. - Establish and manage the relations with the banks, external auditors/tax consultants/law firms and public authorities (tax office, SSI etc.). - Determine the insurance prices such as fire, cash in transit, electronic devices insurances etc. - Prepare annual transfer pricing report and make the CbCR notification. - Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget. - Track and implement changes in the local legislations. HR - Recruiting administrative personnel. - Preparing payroll and make the salary payments in a timely manner.
