 Project manager for multiple simple and complex projects relating to the technical services and transportation industries. Projects vary in size and complexity. While the majority of project work is related to the mid-tier server environment and web applications, a number of projects are cross platform and involved AIX, Intel, Mainframe MVS, DB2, WebSphere, Teradata, and MQ components. Emphasis on setting customer expectations, coordination of project resources, timeline, and milestones.

 Project lead for Mid-Tier AIX upgrades beginning with initial point of contact, ordering, scheduling and tracking progress of various team participants, through end rollout to customer. Provided management and customer with regular updates on schedule and critical changes impacting the effort. Performed standard system engineering responsibilities including server sizing, new system planning, ordering, receiving, server/storage setup and configuration, as well as rotational after hours on-call support.

Started as a team lead for the infrastructure team at the BNSF helpdesk. Responsibilities included managing employees, handling customer complaints as well as problems and other events which required escalation beyond infrastructure analysts. Later responsibilities included Project manager for AIX code migration project. This included the coordination of the AIX and middleware teams with all BNSF Application teams, building project timeline and milestones, as well as coordination of new tool rollout.
