• Daily follow-up of invoicing and budgets • Participation to quarterly financial reconciliation • Follow-up of accruals and prepaid expenses • Analysis of variance between financial and cost accounting • Forecasting of expenses in relation to the budgets • Valuation and management of inventory • Daily creation of purchase request and purchase order • Financial document analysis (nominal ledger, trial balance) • Follow-up of suppliers’ payment and customers

• Banking transfer through the different bank agency of the company • Posting daily invoices and miscellaneous transaction • Daily banking reconciliation

• Monthly and weekly financial reporting • Participation to monthly closing budgets

• Control and analysis logistical cost for the agency sales and customers services
