Having been working in the telecommunication market for more than 25 years in various positions on network operator as well as on IT supplier side I got plenty of experience in executing OSS/BSS/IoT projects – covering full lifecycle from sales and consulting to delivery and support phase. The gained knowledge of both network and IT domains and the deep understanding of telecommunication processes allows me to leverage business benefits for CSPs – which means specifically to ensure better service quality and faster launch of innovations (technical and business wise) for lower costs. The experience in different roles and positions up to senior manager with business accountability helps me a lot in building relationships on all levels, forming strong teams and managing projects successfully by focusing on business objectives.
