Thanks to good advice, a unique fruit is born, a top quality green oil, the best olive oil, your Bellverd extra virgin oil, monovarietal oil, 100% Arbequina organic oil.We do not filter our oil, we bet on filtration by natural settling .In fact, like our production it is limited and our oil is stored in tanks of only 2,000 liters, decantation is faster.It is evident that the large cooperatives must filter the olive oil.This is due to the large amount of oil stored in the tanks and to facilitate its conservation.The greater the amount of oil in the tanks, the longer the natural settling process will take. Therefore, in order to be able to offer this oil for sale quickly, these companies filter it without delay.
