I am a skilled, motivated engineer with 23 years of experience in Supply Chain, project and technical staff management, closed monitoring and coaching, eager to have a new challenging role. I have developed strong technical & management skills through my work. I hold an EMBA from HIBA, Damascus (HR Administration), and a BSc in Electronics Engineering from Damascus University. I am currently working as a project manager at Source Code LLC. Syria. and also as a deputy technical manger at HPZ Co. for power solutions ,Syria. I worked as Supply Chain Senior Manager in MTN Syria from SEP 2020 till Sep 2021. I had worked for MTN Syria as a NOC Manager for 9 years, with responsibility of managing all network element’s, restoration and renovation projects. recruiting all technical staff. I enjoy working with people, leading and inspiring them to hit the aimed targets, I have earned new topics for working with people and managing others during my work and EMBA journey.
