Managing onboarding to exit management. Maintained employee data in HR systems (SAP HCM & Employee Central). Prepare and issue various employment letters. Managing day to day HR operations (Data Management, Time off, Inter Company and International transfers, etc). Completed on the job training on SuccessFactors Employee Central. Project: SAP HCM to SuccessFactors (EC) data migration and implementation. Ensure all the payment are successfully managed in a timely way - salary, reimbursements, etc.
