Previously working in Sales Teams allows me to bring my experience and knowledge to the role, which aids with new business growth. In the different countries I work either directly with large organisations or the market is served through distributors. Developing new markets and selecting local partners / distributors in the respective markets is also a key component of my job. I enjoy contributing to the growth of an organization and building a Brand. I strive to better myself by helping others and achieving the goals that we as a Team and a Company have set ourselves. To maintain a perfect level of transparency, to recognize all existing negatives or problems and solve them as soon as possible to boost all processes is the main goal for me.
