A Central part of the Swiss Management Team reporting to the GM. Supporting the org. to achieve targets through: quantitative analysis, control/reporting, operational/logistical management, business development activities; leading a team of specialists ensuring efficient operations of tasks such as: sales/cost reporting, market analysis, logistic management/invoicing, quality audits, contract management, customer service and reception/warehouse; responsible for financial and budget planning across the org..

Worldwide business performance controlling related to regions, companies, products and customers; financial planning, strategy and forecasting; project implementation of best in class financial planning process; analysis and evaluation of Group profit, market investment and business controlling; identify performance improvement in different business areas/geographical regions; providing Group/Regional Management with reporting on performance; internal audit; performance management; amongst others.

Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of processes standards, procedures, strategic projects and systems in the area of improving business excellence within 11 countries. Business excellence includes commercial excellence, business and financial analysis, strategic and financial planning and controlling.

Responsible for operational and financial controlling of Novo Nordisk Region Europe, consisting of 34 countries / 5 business areas; coordinating / optimising / organising the entire European budget process / planning / target setting; initiate / execute / support financial processes; project management; risk management; headquarter / management reporting; controlling / analyzing spending levels and P&L related issues; improving / implementing systems such as SAP/R4 and SAP Business Warehouse, etc.

Primarily responsible for two business areas: Europe West and Europe North, as well as insulin devices and oral anti diabetics. The position concentrated on the alignment of European operational performance with Operations Finance expectations for Region Europe through marketing planning / controlling and Business Area support. Main tasks were: Constant performance monitoring (market share / turnover / operating profit / cost); preliminary budgeting; weekly / monthly reporting to management and headquarters

Mainly Responsible for providing overall strategic direction for the tender business; handling all customer negotiations and securing new business; benchmarking best in class practices for the tender business and securing new tender business; evaluating new products, new packaging, and offer / negotiate these products with customers; leading and controlling of various projects.
