I run a successful international headhunting and recruitment business. My main speciality is the recruitment of people responsible for B2B sales. Further I specialise in finding the right people for those companies that aim to establish a new export business in a country where they have yet no presence. Apart from B2B sales, a third speciality is to find the right people with a wide understanding of IT. I work together with our consultants working for MYTHUN in the US and our partner organisations in the UK and Spain. My experience is that for a successful recruitment, it is key that both the candidate and the client are satisfied. It is key that the communication between the candidates and the client is open and efficient in order to obtain a favorable decision by both the client and the candidate. For this purpose, among other things, I see it as my job to also help the candidate with profiling key elements of themselves and their experience that will help in the new position.
