Responsibilities: digital transformation of the HSE Risk Management Process. Major achievement: develop & apply HSE risk prediction framework based on the methodology which allows to split each risk to the atomic data and visualize current state of the risk based on the information from 35+ available databases.

Responsibilities: provide Data Quality support for variety of the upstream projects. Aim of the projects is to relief operational expenditure efficiency by implementation of the standard processes, IT tools and Data Quality governance. Major achievement: pilot implementation of the maintenance-on- demand process of the Electrical Submersible Pumps based on the intake pressure sensor data.

Responsibilities: implementation of the Digital oilfield for the Lukoil overseas company, Dubai, UAE. Supervising Data governance part of the digital transformation program. Major achievement: implementation of the POPIT framework (People, Organization, Process, Information, Technology) for the company-wide digital transformation.

Responsibilities: bringing overall Data Management/Data Quality Management culture in the Shell China up to the level, when it’s importance recognized by every employee as inherit part of their day-to- day duties. I.e. recognize data as company asset to allow digital transformation program. Major achievements: it took only 5 months to build local Data Quality team & start to monitor company-wide KPI of the Data Quality on the VP level

Responsibilities: Implementation of the first in Russia Digital Oilfield (digital transformation of the oil ang gas cluster) called “Mayak” (Lighthouse). I have been selected to lead Data Quality in China due to success demonstrated in Salym Petroleum. Major achievements: A series of the “Small DQ projects” initiative helps to create DQ pull from the business and recognize value of the data quality in the day-to-day duties.

Responsibilities: Rollout of the global SubSurface infrastructure and wells portfolio of applications with following support. Adoption of the Shell’s Data Management practices for SubSurface & Wells departments. Major achievement: Implementation of Real Time Operation Center (RTOC) facility on the offshore platform to monitor drilling operations.

Responsibilities: Manage agile team to develop and support of a distributed computing facilities, cross platform high-performance storage and data management & backup facilities in Russia region; Major achievements: Two days rollout of the compute and storage infrastructure in-the-middle-of-nowhere for a new client.
