Coordinate all procurement and importation procedures of CAPEX, spare parts, consumables, medicines, and services with stakeholders, locally and internationally (USA, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and other countries in Europe) in order to meet the demands of the Brazilian Ministry of Health. Negotiate terms and conditions of purchases(Including letters of credit and bank guarantees). Disseminate procurement and international trade policies within the organization. Savings~ 500K USD.

Sourcing of indirect materials(marketing), CAPEX and services both nationally and internationally mainly from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru. Assess suppliers' KPI' s and SWOT analysis. Search for suppliers in Chile and abroad and request for the audit process. Daily follow-up with suppliers and foreign trade area. Contract management, benchmarking. Support in implementing savings opportunities and disseminate procurement policies within the company. Support ERP(SAP) implementation.

Company profiling across a large variety of sectors. Collection and presentation of financial data. Providing information on market potentials and socio-economic characteristics of specific regions. Collect industry and macroeconomic statistics. Extended press searches and conduct research through secondary sources(general web-search, databases, company reports) in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Responsible for all international procurement processes(RFI, RFP, payments, control customs clearance operations). Source direct goods(steel, engines, exhaust systems, electronic panel) indirect goods(life raft, flairs, lifeboats) from Europe, Asia, and the United States. Support legal and logistics operator on the request of import taxes exemptions to the Brazilian government through Drawback(Brazilian´ s government special regime for shipyards).

Administrative support related to the temporary importation of empty containers in order to meet the export market in northern Brazil. Contact with the Brazilian customs authorities to inform the empty containers loading/ unloading at the ports. Support the maintenance and repair department on damaged containers claims
