Kasoa Interchange and Ancillary Works Project - Worth $160MM. The scope of the Project was the construction of a flyover of 1.270m, four schools, one policlinic, and the construction and pavement of 20km local roads; I was responsible for the Finance, Administration, Compliance and HR Departments; We reached 800 local workers plus 40 expatriate workers.

Consortium lead by Camargo Corrêa Construction and Iesa Oil and Gas, focused on the construction of offshore platforms. Petrobras Project in Suape: FPSO P-62, with a contract of $ 540MM. The scope of the Project was the conversion, construction and commissioning of the platform called P-62; I was responsible for the Finance, Administration, Compliance and HR Departments.

Al Marj City Project Construction in Lybia - Worth $300MM. Project focused on construction of local roads, water and sewage networks, drainage, street lighting and landscaping in the city of Al Marj, 120km far from Benghazi City. I was responsible for the Finance, Administration and HR Departments; We reached 1.200 workers, mainly from Vietnam, and 40 expatriate workers.

Leadership in the implementation of a pioneering project in the steel industry, covering the quality of charcoal through the payment of the input based on technical criteria to increase the efficiency in pig iron production. Charcoal accounts for about 50% of production costs.
