As Business Services Manager, my sole function is to develop our 'Energy Services Division', covering Renewable Energy, Power Generation, Petroleum, Gas, Nuclear and Coal. I have built an team of forward-thinking, creative and detail-grabbing individuals. Each Consultant has nurtured their own specialist database of only 3 skills within 4 phases of large construction: Design, Civil & Structural, Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M).

Full turn-around of a closed down pub, to a profit generating business. Through effective marketting and advertising, leadership, project & cost management, I designed and implemented the new business singlehandedly, and achieving healthy T/O and margin in a matter of 2 months.

Primarily I am the Account Manager for one of the largest EPC firms dedicated in the Energy Industry. I support their projects around the world in building power plants in renewable energy, nuclear, electricity/power generation, fossil fuel plants, cogeneration, thermal, hydro, solar, wind, tidal, and also production facilities for biomass/bio-ethanol production. My role is also to use my experience in global legalisation of candidates, and implement solutions.

Within the Energy market, I specialised in supplying Contracts and Legal people to large construction projects around the world. Key strengths to the success were in my understanding of what the client requires, both on an acedemic and technical range. Usual profiles included Claims Managers, Contract Managers, Arbitration experts and Commercial Managers.

Built reputable status by being specialised in the provision of staff to global organisations involved in power generation, renewable energy, petrochemical and industrial construction such as process plant new builds. My expertise spans from construction to design and the commercial areas of Energy and Power generation.
