• In charge of the entire IT, Infrastructure and Cyber Security operations. • Managing company-wide projects, deployments, security policies etc. • Overseeing the implementation and ongoing adherence to regulations, work procedures and protocols of cyber security, data privacy (GDPR), business continuity (BCP), internal control (ISAE/SOC) etc. • Vendor management incl. hardware and software solutions, business partners, budgeting.

• Head of IT and professional services department • Responsible for the company's Infrastructure and data center including servers, networking, IT, and cyber security in support of all business operations (Production, R&D). • Manager of Professional Services for Enterprise Customers (B2B). • Pre-sales, post-sales, solution design & architecture for new and existing solutions.

• Managing projects in the IT department (hardware, software, upgrades) from the planning phase to full delivery and completion, including working procedures, schedules, tracking and management of resources and personnel (system, DBA, network, help desk). • Designing network/server architectures for new products and deployments in cooperation with application project managers and their corresponding vendors.

• Member of the IT department, responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure including Systems, Networking, and Information Security. • Planning, leading, and implementing projects, installations, and upgrades.

• Leading a team of 20 system administrators, in charge of Mamram's data center, while meeting SLA requirements and operational needs. • Management of system and cross-organizational failures from end to end, in coordination with teams from the unit, from development units and from other branches of the IDF.

• Operation of Infrastructure, systems and applications in both routine and emergency. • Troubleshooting of infrastructure and system failures in cooperation with parallel teams.
