Support EMEA team in weekly and monthly data analysis and reports.
Import manager for Care Chemical materials, working in connection with demand planning and procurement department to understand their environment to be able to meet customer schedules. Coordinate the customs clearance process with the broker until deliver the material on the site. Focus on internal and final customer, providing high quality of services.
Main activities: Work with import and export processes for Agro samples, according to the Business Unit demand. Coordinate the customs clearance with the broker until deliver the material at the site. Work in improving processes and analysis to decrease the import costs and lead time. Key Results: Focal point at the implementation of Sample Center, supporting the business units particularities to get the samples in time for the R&D Team.
Main activities: Purchase order management on SAP, submit and follow up petition file for different Ministries such as ANVISA (Brazilian Health Surveillance Agency) and MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply). Key results: During the 2 years internship at the import department, I had the opportunity to develop my skills to work in a global environment and I became more responsible.
