I worked on two projects; 1) Biofuel production Implemented my phenotyping expertise for measuring different characteristics and harvesting specific tissues from barley for lignin and saccharification analysis. 2) Development of an efficient method for screening barley in TILLING population My contribution towards the project was harvesting and cataloging seeds of barley which were mutated by EMS.
