I am an EMEA Operations Implementation Director at Aon Business Services, with over 23 years of professional experience, over 18 years of people management experience, and proven expertise in setting up, structuring and expanding service delivery operations for multinational companies. Throughout my career I held diverse positions ranging from financial audit and accounting (KPMG), service delivery management, sales support, HR as well as shared services and BPO (Capgemini and Aon). I hold an MSc degree in Finance & Banking from University of Economics in Krakow, Poland, participated in two international scholarships: The University of Greenwich, London (Financial Management), Katholieke Universiteit Brabant, Tilburg, the Netherlands (International Business) and I am an ACCA Fellow member since 2004. I am passionate about development, leadership and engagement topics.
