My role is to be the conduit for successful candidate placement for our sponsors within their niche specific group. I am responsible for effective re-qualification and submission of candidates to meet the planned deliverables of all requests. As a Project Lead I'm ultimately responsible for managing the interview process to successful completion while ensuring that all company processes and policies are adhered to.

•Support full-life cycle recruitment needs including active and passive sourcing techniques ensuring that everything is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to the company’s business model •Headhunting Clinical Research profiles •Maintaining a strong and varied pipeline of candidates •Screen application forms, shortlist applicants, conduct telephone interviews •Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed
