- Part of the Global Credit Products team in charge of implementing and maintaining a risk framework based on internal methodology - Gathered various user requirements and managed transfer of existing desktop applications to the internal risk framework - Front to end responsibility (data analysis, business requirement, project plan, coordination with IT)

- Key Kondor+ (Reuters) support role for Front to Back users: daily users assistance for functional and technical issues - Upgrade of Kondor+ v1.9 to v2.0 for each Asia – Pacific sites: tests and update of reports, coordination with the global Kondor+ team and the local systems team, users training - Identify new requirements, working with end users, to design the functional specifications - Define the requirements to develop an interface between Kondor+ and Back Office system
