- Responsible for Gearboxes Engineering in standard and custom projects. - Application Engineering for special projects. - Order Cost Validation. - Validation Tests for special gearbox designs. - Desenvolvimento de programas de cálculo para eixos e engrenagens de acordo com a norma AGMA. - Development of Shaft and Gearing calculation programs for according to AGMA standards. - Technical support to Sales, Factory, AfterMarket/Service and for Sales Offices in Latin America and USA.

- Responsible for customized projects for mining automation, including Design, Assembly and Application Engineering. - Structural and Mechanical Designs related to Measuring Equipment. - Predictive Analysis of equipment through on-line Vibration Monitoring. - Laboratory Tests and Equipment Calibration.

- Responsible for calculation and basic design of custom-made equipment. - Design+calculation of equipment like Pressure Vessels and Towers, Steel Stacks, Structures, Closures and other equipment for Mining and Steelmaking Industries, acc. to international codes (ANSI, ISO, ASME, AISE, AISC, DIN, AGMA). - Finite Elements Analysis (static / rotodynamics). - R&D of new product, including process engineering analysis, laboratory tests, calculation, design, prototypes tests, fabrication and final validation.

- Responsible for industrial gearboxes (reducers) and turbo, planetary and moto-reducers, as well. - Development of a new Electronic Catalog for selection of Gearboxes and development of the logic implemented for product configuration in the MRP system of the company. - Technical support to factory, quality, sales and aftermarket/service.

- Responsible for design and calculation of equipment for Oil and Gas Industries (vessels, process towers and furnaces), Steel Making (Ladles and Torpedo Cars), Energy (Closures and Penstocks) acording to international codes like ASME, DIN, AD2000, AISC and AISE. - Special analysis using Finite Elements.
