... To be the motivator, coach and leader of your team made up of all Sephora stores/corners in German-speaking Switzerland
... To take the progress of the last five years to the next level and further drive our expansion as an omni-channel retailer in Switzerland
... To develop measures to increase sales and earnings, taking into account all relevant key figures, in a rapidly changing environment
... To ensure an optimal customer experience and flawless retail processes for your region
Experience and skills
... You have several years of professional experience in retail, including at least 2 - 3 years as an Area Manager
... You are an infectious and communicative leader and have very good industry knowledge
... You enjoy traveling and analysis, have a strong hands-on mentality and have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
