We are a consulting boutique located in Munich, focusing on Transaction Advisory, Commercial Excellence, and Innovation & Strategy. We support Private Equity Funds in the Small-to-Mid-Cap segment in M&A processes by providing Commercial Due Diligence reports and analyses for sustainable value creation through digitization, Buy & Build, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG). What to expect

In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding, including a coach-buddy system, from day one you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry. Expect diverse and responsible tasks, such as:

  • You analyze comprehensive organizational structures, sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), goals, non-financial reporting, and the implications of emerging legal requirements
  • You shape the transformation of processes and adjust governance to promote the integration of the strategy throughout the entire corporate organization
  • You support the establishment of sustainable reporting for our german clients
  • You analyze markets, create market and forecast models through secondary research, as well as qualitative and quantitative primary surveys and studies
  • Based on the generated insights, you provide our clients with actionable recommendations on sustainability topics
  • You are responsible for project-related customer support and the coordination of smaller project teams

Your profile

  • You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities, and strive for collective success. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:
  • Successfully completed university degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or Natural Sciences, preferably with a focus on sustainability, Sustainable Finance, Climate, Circular Economy, or Human Rights)
  • You have gained initial, relevant professional experience in the field of sustainability and consulting, for example, through internships or working student activity
  • You have in depth knowledge of common standards and requirements, such as the GRI standards, TCFD, CSR Directive Implementation Act, UN Guiding Principles for Human Rights, or the EU Taxonomy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Appreciation for working independently in a consulting-like environment with a startup spirit
