Working as a Supplier Quality Engineer in of the commercial and military vehicle manufacturers in Turkey. Performing supplier selection audits in accordance BMC Customer Specification. Assessing supplier production control and quality programs, identify risks to expectation and drive corrective actions. Monitoring supplier performance(such as PPM, closure time of 8D etc.) on BMC Supplier Portal on a monthly basis. Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions.

Working as a Supplier Quality Engineer in of the world’s leading home appliance manufacturer company. Reporting supplier performance (PPM's) and quality status to the management. Assisting development and implementation of new methods on supplier process. Reviewing PPAP folder and first article inspection reports of the parts at the beginning of the project. Conducts quality investigations for non-conformity issues and following permanent actions according to 8D principles.

Working as a Quality Engineer in one of the automotive supplier company. Mainly, being a responsible for controlling process parameters on current products, organizing laboratory inspection and conduct material analysis periodically each shift. Monitoring company internal root cause analysis then asking corrective action from related departments, follow up customer claims and reporting status of corrective/preventive actions to customers. Preparing Control Plan and FMEA, performing (APQP-PPAP-MSA) steps.
