CM of the Italian group company, with 120 employees and a turnover of 450 M€ generated by production activities of Wind, Hydro, and Gas plants and Sales and Trading activities. Responsible for the group strategy implementation in Italy, reporting directly to the corporate Executive Board in Bern.

Head of business unit with approx. 35 resources and 3 departments: a) CCGT plants development, construction and operation in Italy (250MW in Italy); b) hydro business (200GWh in operation in Italy, project development and M&A activities in Germany, Italy and France; acquisition of two group of assets worth 70M€); c) 800 MW coal plant under construction in Germany for an overall investment of approx.. 1500 Mio€.

Responsible for the development of two 400 MW CCGT power plants in Southern Italy over the entire authorisation process (environmental impact study preparation, submission and follow up, Regional permits, Ministerial VIA permits and Single Authorisation L.55/02 issue).
