Responsible of providing technical support to Carestream Dental customers, field engineers, dealers, and 3rd parties in all the North/East of Europe and Middle East countries. The primary goal is to minimize the impact to our customer by resolving an incident or request as quickly as possible and escalating as necessary to restore customer business operations. Support and advice in all services issues, Software and Hardware related, pre-installation, post- installation, and claims.

Responsible for installing, managing and servicing Toshiba medical diagnostic imaging equipment such as Computed Tomography , X-Ray and Angiography located in hospitals and clinics in Venezuela and Latin America. Establishment of data networks and electrical power grids for the installation of medical equipment. · Support and advice to clients in all service issues, pre-installation, postinstallation and sales.

Design and implementation of an electric- automatic inspection system for three phase relay ( models Genius + GIII and GSPTMV ) . · Assembly of power modules and installation of a data acquisition system. · Development and programing of a graphical user interface. · Programming the software for the automation of electrical tests.
