To manage end to end recruitment for external roles across BT, to deliver and develop a professional and consultative recruitment service to the business, adding value in managing and improving the process, quality and recruitment strategy. Majorly involved in Leadership and Middle level role hiring.

Responsibilities: Operational delivery (Recruitment’s) • Handled a team of 2 “Recruitment Officers” reporting indirectly which covers their weekly and monthly monitoring and dividing their work accordingly. • Lead, follow and at times design competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions in line with regional and global requirements. • Stakeholder management. • Tools/Portals used: Taleo, LinkedIn, Seek.com, Ogre report, Excel.

Working Talent Search & Sourcing: Utilize all research techniques and possible sourcing channels such as job boards Using Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, ladders, SGA Tracker, Workplace Diversity Professional and social networking sites, and search engines to locate both active and passive candidates Working on both IT and Non-IT requirements
