- Manages the recruiting process for 5 companies (Invincible Brands, Natural Mojo, HelloBody, I AM KAMU, Banana Beauty): publishes the offers, uses applicant tracking tools (Workable), screens and interviews the candidates, negotiates, facilitates communication etc. - Responsible for onboarding and administrative tasks - Supports the office managament: daily tasks, payroll process, team events organization - Change and conflict management

- Developed and carried out solutions for high priority back office issues - Overseen the quality assurance of team communications - Provided information via email and phone about publishing houses' products and offers - Handled heavy volume of phone and email from customer support requests

-Worked for the Institute of National Remembrance (PL), Museum of the City of Lodz (PL), Polish Center for Holocaust Research, Center of Jewish Research of University of Lodz (PL), researchers of University of Lodz - Edited and proofread publications in the fields of history, history of art, and urban and social issues, - Delivered receivables on time, discussed and agreed on project rate and requirements, and managed expectations of clients
