• Co-managed creation of STADA IT Solutions (2013) as shared services center in Serbia to provide services internationally within STADA group. • Managed team of 120 people to take part in total of more than 400 projects, enabling significant savings on group level. • Coordinated major global and local initiatives to bring about successful digital transformation in STADA SEE region.

• Responsible for providing IT services in STADA SEE region consisting of 12 countries, 4 production sites and over 3500 employees. • Accelerated efficiency of SEE business through several SAP rollout and merger projects and new functionality implementations. • Introduced demand management process to maximize business value of IT, keeping overall IT costs well below industry standards without compromising IT agility to keep up with transformation efforts.

• Led group wide IT including all production sites and offices of Hemofarm A.D. in Balkans, Russia and Germany. • Provided higher level of business integration leveraging SAP platform (from 2005) with further developments and local and international roll-outs (including Bosnia, Montenegro and Russia). • IT process restructuring and outsourcing of critical services and implementation of standardized, unified and centralized delivery of ITIL enabled IT services across group.

Reporting directly to CEO was in charge to set up company wide data security program involving data security policies, procedures as well as security awareness program. Main projects included: • Implemented PKI infrastructure • Implemented centralized RF access control system • Introduced unified ID card (RF/smart card)
