- Project management: review of project contract and investment plan, analysis of project profitability, potential risks & opportunities, and proposition of action plans. - Annual Budget and Mid-Term Plan (5Y): pilote role for two product lines, incl. strategy making, structure setting, result review, target allocation, action plan construction & implementation. - Monthly closing: pilote role for 3-months forecast, result review of 2 product lines, analysis vs Budget & forecast for Group Presentation.

- Annual Budget and Mid-Term Plan (5Y) construction by project and by site, in coordination with global transversal networks (Project, R&D, Sales, Purchasing, etc...). - Monthly closing : construction and optimization of R&D P&L of two sites in France, consolidation and analysis of 5 sites' results, and follow-up of action plan. - New tool deployment on 5 sites, on-site training, continuous evolution and maintenance. - Construction of French research tax credit (CIR) financial file for two legal entities

- Monitoring and consolidation of activity results of 15 sites in Product Group (Best Estimate, Forecast, Budget). - Analysis on sales, operating margin, inventory, investments and overdue for weekly reporting and monthly closing. - Preparation of monthly presentation and comments on primary indicators. - Support in the construction of Mid-Term Plan and Budget. - Development and continuous maintainance of Finance Platform on Google site.
