Monitoring pre & post migration of NodeBs to different RNCs and keeps check various post KPIs. Preparation of daily RNC processor load report and list the major load difference of RNC processor boards utilization. Opening trouble ticket to GNOC for major RNC load difference for load balancing. Preparation of daily sleeping cells (zero traffic cells) report and escalate the zero traffic cell list to GNOC. Preparation of daily cell availability report and list out major cell down time and report to FO.

Analysis daily KPI reports based on Retainability, Accessibility, Mobility and Integrity up to 7 days after the migration. Generate hourly reports for KPIs at UTRAN cell level and Node B level. Analysis of system generated alerts – UPAR (UMTS Performance Analysis Reporting) of any particular KPI degradation and providing the cause of degradation based on primary failures categories and the list of Network Elements impacting. Installation and commissioning of Nokia Ultra and Nokia Flexi BTS with different configuration according to Nokia standards and quality instructions. NEC microwave link alignment. VSWR and RF transmission power measurement. DTF measurement, fault recognition if any and rectification. Quality and site acceptance reports according to NSN standard format.
