After obtaining BSS & Transmission Engineer experiences during several projects in my first career years, later on I gained wide variety of experiences in Project management, FLM management for Turnkey Projects in abroad as well as Rollout, Flm, Transport Networks and several Telecommunications Projects in Turkey and other countries ( Ukraine, Moldova ) for both Mobile Operators, Vendors including Service Providers. I am very familiar working in multinational environment, have advanced knowledge of project, team, subcontractors, supply chain, procurement, contract, payment progress, negotiations, budget & cost management and have dedication in continius process improvement.
