I’m provide creative design concept, space planning, prepare mood board and material board, prepare color scheme and material specifications, create 3D modeling and Vray Rendering, provide and manage detail drawings, and Involvement in presentations and managing client’s expectations.

Responsible for aspect of interior design from schematic design phase through installation and project close out. Create and manage FF & E budget, specify furniture, shop drawings, review mockup and delivery schedule. Report to both of directors every week regarding design progress, design approval, purchase order and propose alternative material. Work directly with installer and vendors to ensure projects are managed and completed as designed. Coordinate with site project staff to monitor site condition.

My position as an Interior Designer and Marketing Design. I met with many clients, and accommodate all client’s needs and client’s preferences, and I designed several projects according to client’s needs and preferences, create and review design and shop drawing. Work directly with installer and vendors to ensure projects are managed and completed as designed. Coordinate with site project staff to monitor site condition.
