• Participate in 7.4 to 7.5 BWonHANA Upgrade. • Realize different PoCs (Proof of Concept) for multiple technologies : Lumira, SLT, SDI … so the client can evaluate the pertinence of each solutions for each business and use case. • Validate developments realized by offshore teams in india and ensure the respect of best practices. • Be the grant of the adoption of last technologies in convergence with SAP and Publicis Group strategy.

• Oversee and manage the near-shore delivery center based in Morocco • Ensure the high availability of SAP systems and applications in regard to SLA with client. • Identifying customer needs and workshop facilitation. • Creating the Business Objects Universe of the various business processes. • Conduct detailed design workshops with the business (Design Workshops, Operations Committee,...). • Leadership and team management.

• Liaise with key users to agree reporting requirements, report designs. • Translate requirements into design specifications (report specs, data mapping / translation, functional specs). • Coordinate and manage business / user testing. Deliver training to key users. • SAP BW extraction using standard data extractor and available development tools for SAP and non-SAP data sources. • Data loading process and procedures. • Query and report development using Bex Analyzer and Query Designer

• A contact person regarding SAP BI/BW reporting tools and support their further development. • An interface between business unit needs and Corporate IT. • Coordinate and implement new Finance reporting requirements for the business unit and align them with corporate standards. • Provide global reports and analysis to different stakeholders. • Functional and technical support of the users. • Constant improvement of data quality, reports and reporting applications.
