-Customer relationship management (to maintain before and after sales services to conduct product training to hospital nurses or doctors, resolving manufacturer or delivery problems; organize events, hospital in-house workshop or regional level conferences. -Strategic plannings for both Government, private hospitals or new hospital projects also involve in building key opinion leader (KOL) from clients base. -Responsible on sales revenue to meet yearly sales target.
